The art Ephameron makes is sensitive: with images and small texts she tries to recreate everyday feelings and thoughts, to capture moments with her art. Recurring themes like hands, birds and girls live in her fantasy world of emotions, colourless backgrounds and huge black tape drawings. Her drawings, collages, digital compositions and photographs reflect ephemeral and trivial aspects of life. Ephameron graduated in both fine arts and illustrative design. Now she's a freelance illustrator for clients and magazines and in her free time, Ephameron likes to contribute to worldwide exhibitions. She also curates group shows and self-publishes zines. Her award-winning website www.ephameron.com has been an ongoing art project since 2000, her first book Love/Pain was published in 2006, the sequel Found+Lost just came out in January 2009, both at Bries publishers in Antwerp.
