One of our longest running projects, Lumpen magazine, is undergoing a major remodeling. The printed publication is being relaunched and re-designed. And starting this fall Lumpen will be available for free in NYC, LA as well as here in Chicago. Our new distribution model  will function as a way to connect further with other art and culture metropoles. The content and editorial are also being revamped to increase critical arts coverage and allow more features with prominent over-the-counterculture figures.  As we move forward with these changes in print we are also working on a few Lumpen related websites.  A new Lumpen mag site at wordpress has been created to keep it fresh while we revamp and redecorate the online office. But the best change is that the old  lumpen.com website has been changed. It now functions as an index page that links to our related projects and much more. We made sure to list  many of our favorite publications, artists and projects as part of an overall Lumpen Index.  Take a moment to see who inspires our mojo, bookmark the good stuff and subscribe to the mailing list.
