This exhibit revives and re-presents the artwork, artifacts, and experiences of the Stolen, Den and Funeral shows, which ran in the autumn of 2009 in Garage Spaces. Retrospective curates a meta-mess of the compulsive documentation that chronicles the history, development, and aftermath of this experiment in publicly transformed private spaces. Retrospective was announced to the public in early March through a series of MCA-styled billboards located in Chicago’s West Side.
